TERMS

Following terms is valid for all agreement with Next Level Horse AB, (”Star Rider” or ”us”) in terms of purchases and delivery’s from starrider.se to a buyer. The terms can, without any notice, be changed, that is why we recommend the customer to read the terms before every purchase.

PRICES & FEES

The prices displayed at starrider.se include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a shipping fee. All prices are in svenska kronor (SEK). Shipping fees: outside of Sweden 200 SEK. The shipping fee cover shipping’s up to 5 kg, above that the fee is double (400 SEK).

PURCHASES

Agreement about purchase is to place an order by email to kundtjanst@starrider.se
with a minimum purchase of 1000 SEK (not including freight) Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship can place an order at starrider.se.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment before delivery

Invoice

The payment request is sent to your e-mail address. Payment information can also be found on the delivery note, enclosed in the parcel. The statement will show the total amount due including VAT and delivery charges. Payment is due within 20 days after the statement date. When the payment is in, your order will be sent.

PERSONAL DATA

The Swedish company Next Level Horse AB is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and are responsible for your personal data under the Swedish Data Protection Act (1998:204), which implements the EU Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC). We will collect personal data that you submit to us, for example, when you place orders, contact our customer service or participate in competitions. The personal data that you submit to us may for example include contact information, date of birth and payment information. In addition we may collect certain personal data from external sources such as credit information and address updates. Star Rider may use your personal data for the following purposes: to create and manage your personal account at Star Rider, to process your orders and returns, to contact you in the event of any problems with the delivery of your products, to marketing events performed by Star Rider. Star Rider never passes on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties.

DELIVERY

In Sweden our target is to deliver your Star Rider products within 2-5 business days. During campaigns and other occasions which are not in Star Riders control the delivery of your Star Rider products might take longer. You need to bring your valid ID card when you pick up your package o underpins your identity. Extradition to another person is possible if the other person bring his valid ID as well as yours. Notification will be sent to you by mail, email, by phone or sms. You can track the package with the package-id at Shenkers website www.shenker.se.

Outside Sweden our target is to deliver your Star Rider products within 5-7 business days, but depending where you live it can take up to 12 business days to deliver your products to you. During campaigns and other occasions which are not in Star Riders control the delivery of your Star Rider products might take longer.

TRANSPORTATION

In Sweden all packages from Star Rider is sent by Shenker. If your product is damaged or lost during transportation to you Star Rider will pay you for the damage or loss or send you a new product. You are obliged to contact Star Riders customer service within one (1) week. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping with the carrier of his or her choice. We recommend shipping your product(s) back with both insurance and a tracking number, that way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping and will know whether your package has been received by our warehouse.

Outside Sweden all packages from Star Rider is sent by PostNord. If your product is damaged or lost during transportation to you Star Rider will pay you for the damage or loss or send you a new product. You are obliged to contact Star Riders customer service within one (1) week. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping with the carrier of his or her choice. We recommend shipping your product(s) back with both insurance and a tracking number, that way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping and will know whether your package has been received by our warehouse.

NOT COLLECTED PACKAGE

After 2 weeks (14 days) the package who is not collected will be sent back to Star Rider. In these cases the buyer is responsible for the extra cost returning the package o Star Rider.

RETURNS

At Star Rider we want you to be really satisfied! So if for some reason you are not happy with your product, you can send it back for a refund or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of the ship date, and that the product has not been worn, washed or altered in any way and the tag is still on. If you want to try your pads or blankets on your horse, use a cover if you might need to send it back to us.

We recommend shipping your product(s) back with both insurance and a tracking number, that way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping and will know whether your package has been received by our warehouse.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product you have received is defective in any way, please notify Star Rider promptly and return the product by using the form that followed the order. Star Rider will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund. Star Riders all products are marked with washing instructions. To keep the Star Rider product in its best condition, please follow the instructions. Star Rider cannot be hold responsible for any damages on the product if the washing instructions have not been followed.

COLOURS

Star Rider makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file that is saved to, and, during subsequent visits, retrieved from your computer or mobile device. Star Rider uses cookies to enhance and simplify your visit. We do not use cookies to store personal information, or to disclose information to third parties.

There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for no longer than 12 months. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser session. We use permanent cookies to store your choice of start page for example. You can easily erase cookies from your computer or mobile device using your browser. For instructions on how to handle and delete cookies please look under “Help” in your browser. You can choose to disable cookies, or to receive a notification each time a new cookie is sent to your computer or mobile device. Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of all our features. Third-party cookies We use third-party cookies to collect statistics in aggregate form in analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Core Metrics. We also use Google Analytics Advertising Features. The permanent cookies are stored on your computer or mobile device for no longer than 24 months.

ALLOWANCE

Star Rider reserve itself to any kind of defect in pictures or texts. Possible disagreement is directed to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. Star Rider will follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens verdict.

FORCE MAJEURE

During force majeure Star Riders liability is on hold. If force majeure in longer than 2 months, the customer as well as Star Rider has the right to withdraw the order with no guilt to pay any indemnity. Force majeure means for example: strike, sick employees, shipping disorder, prohibition for import/export no matter if it occurs at Star Rider or Star Riders contractors.
